State of The Re:Union Live

By Al Letson

Theatre Project favorite Al Letson (Essential Personnel, Griot, Summer in Sanctuary, Julius X) returns to our stage with State of the Re:Union Live. The NPR show is in Baltimore for a limited engagement event, from May 17 - 20.

State of the Re:Union Live is a theatrical performance that brings together many of the stories heard on the show with video, music and personalities, including host Al Letson and producers Tina Antolini and Laura Starecheski. It will feature stories from the upcoming Baltimore episode as well as from the show's travels across the country.

State of the Re:Union is a public media show that goes beyond the headlines to tell the stories of real people coming together to make their communities a better place. Each episode is a sound-rich exploration into a different location to give listeners a truly inspiring, entertaining journey while showing the diversity and the unity that makes each community unique.

Over the past four years State of the Re:Union has grown from a pilot into a nationally aired, award-winning public media program distributed by NPR and PRX that is currently heard on more than 220 public radio stations across the country.
